2014 Study of the analysis of mobility and the optimisation of the offer in the Val de Bléone and the Val de Durance Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, France Transamo (agent) This mission resulted from the studies of the reopening of a railway line between Digne and Saint-Aubin. Since this connection could not be made in the short term, the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur regional authority, in partnership with the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence departmental council, the State and RFF, wanted to launch a study to determine the public transport plan for the coming years. Determining a consensual transport offer for the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence and the south of the Hautes-Alpes with regional lines. Making recommendations on an organisation of the departmental lines that is consistent with the chosen plan. Diagnostic of the territory of the study: 15 interviews with the players involved, analysis of the socio-economic data and the transport supply and demand, production of maps and drafting of an illustrated report of the diagnostic. Managing the consultation process with representatives of the authorities, technicians and users. Definition of the methodology, organisation of a discussion workshop and an information meeting. Development and assessment of contrasting scenarios: detailed characterisation of the scenarios, construction of a traffic forecasting model, production of socio-economic reviews and a multi-criteria comparison.
