FIRST MISSION IN SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA

| 13 February 2018

At the beginning of 2018, Transamo was awarded a transport study in Cameroon as part of a consortium with Suez Consulting and Transitec.

The mission involves creating a Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (SUMP) for the city of Yaoundé, in partnership with French Development Agency (AFD) and the urban community of Yaoundé.

The study is also part of the MOyC (Mobilise Your City) initiative that supports local governments of developing countries in planning urban mobility.

The initiative particularly aims to make cities more pleasant and reduce greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) by at least 50% by 2050.
